Care for People with Alzheimer’s Disease and Other Forms of Memory Impairment

At Presbyterian Home at Williamsport, we provide Personal Care services and therapy to those with mild forms of memory impairment. Our sister community, Sycamore Manor Health Center, provides more robust services to care for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and other, more severe forms of memory impairment. Sycamore Manor’s special programming enables residents, staff and families to create an environment that is supportive, calm and secure.

Respite Personal Care

We are able to provide family caregivers with support through our short-term stay program so that families can take worry-free vacations and access additional help when needed.

New Senior Living Technologies

We are committed to providing the most advanced amenities and services to our residents, including new and emerging technologies developed for the healthcare industry. It is with this commitment in mind that we are among the first in the mid-Atlantic region to use Millennium Pharmacy System, a unique technology platform designed to augment communication and quality of care. Millennium Pharmacy System is specially designed for the long-term care industry and is designed to increase compliance and nursing efficiency, reduce costs, and ultimately, maintain resident safety. When you have a few minutes, take time to ask one of the nursing staff about how this technology further enhances the quality of care offered through our special services.
