Jillian coordinates a customer-friendly admission process and interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other staff at the Presbyterian Home at Williamsport and Sycamore Manor Health Center. She assists prospective residents, families and referral sources with the touring, application, screening and sales process, while assisting our Executive Director and Assistant Administrator with overall resident satisfaction. Jillian also maintains the confidentiality of residents, families, employees and community information in compliance with HIPAA policies and applicable regulations.

Renna assists our Executive Director with the operation of our community in compliance with organizational policy and procedures, as well as federal, state and local regulations. Renna maintains the quality of care, quality environment, quality improvement, effective staffing and fiscal stability of the Presbyterian Home at Williamsport. Renna also acts as a liaison between our community and outside entities. She also develops relationships with residents, family and other constituent stakeholders of the Presbyterian Home at Williamsport.
